



December Week 1
Here is the first meal plan of December Lovelies, absolutely mad that we're already here. I have snuck in a couple of festive recipes with an easy pigs in blankets orzo along with a festive wrap for lunch. There's also an easy new lunch meal prep of sticky hoisin beef, and three new cosy dinners: easy pizza chicken, slow cooker creamy pepper meatballs, and my personal favourite, the cheesy bacon and mash bakes. Hi, I've just joined and can't wait to get shopping and get started, one question that is confusing me though.....quite a few of your recipes appear to be served with either rice or potatoes etc but they aren't included in the recipe or the calorie count, is that correct and how to I work that into my total calorie intake for the day? Thanks, your recipes look 😍

Hey my lovely! Ah I’m so glad that you’re here 🥰 so when the recipes are served with rice or potatoes, they’re not added into the recipe amounts - I do this in case people want to serve the recipe with different things etc. So the best way I can say is to allow around 250 calories for sides, that usually equates to about 400g of mash or 125g cooked rice. I hope that helps a little xxx
